Answer: Health Smarts is generally available to most all SISC members and their covered dependents age 18 and older.
2. Question: I declined SISC medical coverage but did take dental. Can I participate in Health Smarts?
Answer: At this time, Health Smarts is available only to participants in one of SISC's medical plans.
3. Question: Are all of my covered dependents eligible for Health Smarts?
Answer: In general, the answer is yes. Anyone who is covered under a SISC medical plan can access online health-related information and tools.
4. Question: If I am on an approved leave of absence, am I eligible to participate in Health Smarts?
Answer: Yes, as long as you are enrolled in a SISC medical plan during your leave.
